Is that what I think it is; flaming robot legs pushing a shopping cart down the street while passers by pass by without so much as a glance? Yup. I’ve been watching it twice a day for the past few days and I’m still smiling. LINK: Gizmogarden. ShareThisShared by Jared (1)Contribute comment -

Complaining can be fun too; my people, the chosen ones have long enjoyed a sport we call Kvetching, and now you can too, thanks to Kvetch.com. Here’s how it works, follow Kvetch on twitter www.twitter.com/k..., and when you’ve got something worth complaining about direct message it to them. From there, it shows up in their web site’s random feed for others to vote on. As for me, I’ve always hated how few stories that begin ...Shared by hallie (4)Contribute comment -

Fun With The USPS (1)

Zoomdoggle: More fun than work! (0) permalink
Before I even get into this one, it should be noted that most federal agencies, with their mile-long lists of codes and regulations, are actually a barrel of laughs when approached properly. This is mainly because no one person actually knows and understands that mile long-long list of codes and regulations. That said, when happens when you mail a letter with coins taped to it instead of postage? As Ilya Shaydman of Philadelphia learned (yay ...Shared by Dave "Blakice" Matthews (0)Contribute comment -

By now, you’ve probably heard about the Yes Men’s INCREDIBLE New York Times prank. (For those of you living under a rock, I give you the video.) That’s just how it happened too. On Wednesday 12th, on my way to work, a guy walked up and asked if I wanted a paper. He asked just outside the L stop, but not in a way as to imply that he was distributing them, more like he’d ...Contribute comment -
Obama Cupcakes (1)

You know I love Obama (especially when made from office supplies). And making things from other things (especially when what they make is Mr T). And cupcakes (what? there’s no shame in it). At last, the culmination of all three: Zilly Rosen got 1240 cupcakes, several shades of icing, and, apparently a seamless to make the pictures pretty, then she got to work. CupcakesTakeTheCake (my official resource on all things cupcake) got the interview. Apparently ...Shared by Ahmed Naguib (11)Contribute comment -

It’s always fun when you find a favorite new blog. Even more so when they share a common interest. Meet Craigslisting, a blog for and about documenting the weirdness that goes on Craigslist, and the weirdness that responds to it.
