Jesus said road rage is ok in San Antonio (3)

The Inquisitr (43) permalink
Apparently in San Antonio Jesus told a man to “take a woman off the road because she wasn’t driving like a christian.” It has been reported that the bizarre incident which involved a speeding pickup truck (don’t they all) rear-ending a woman’s sedan occurred on Friday. Texans have given us many great things for example the Bush family Texan Barbecue, but Jesus instructing people to commit road rage may be the best yet. The sheriff’s ...Contribute comment -

Ugly women wanted by Australians (1)

By Andrea Grimes Somehow I feel slightly less dirty reporting Fox News when it comes originally from the Brit/Aussie incarnation, Sky. But really, there's not a whole lot that isn't dirty about this story: an Australian mayor has asked ugly women to move to his mining town. Why? Because there's a five-to-one "bloke"-to-girl ratio in the Queensland town of Mount Isa, and the boys are apparently getting restless and will take just about anything. Coming Soon: Improved Lithium Ion Batteries? (3)

PhysOrg.com - latest science and technology news (15) permalink
(PhysOrg.com) -- Rechargeable lithium ion batteries provide portable devices that require a lot of energy, such as mobile telephones, digital cameras, and notebook computers, with power. However, their capacity, and thus the running time of the devices, remain somewhat limited. A notebook computer thus usually runs only about two hours. The reason for this is the relatively small capacity of the graphite anode in these batteries to absorb lithium ions.Contribute comment - http://simulatedcomicproduct.com/comics/2008-10-09-Inauguration.jpg (1)
