I’ve coined the term ‘the supermarket effect’ in conversation and in passing, and never really publicly defined it. SNS的本质在于建立关系,由现实社交到虚拟社交的转变,在美国转变的挺顺利,在国内几乎是停止不前,校内网本质上是校友录升级版的成功,与SNS无关.开心网的热闹本质上是小游戏的新奇,与SNS也无关.根本原因是两国也可说东西方的社交和关系的文化不同(这是另一个议题),当然还有网络发展的阶段性特征等.仅就目前国内不成熟的实践和研究看,要做好中国化SNS的路还很长,如何处理和把握关于SNS的十个关系就是极大挑战. 一,生人和熟人的关系 国人含蓄内敛的性格与儒家文化有关,端庄持重是衡量人的一个标准,国人也有外向型的,但常常要被那不是外向型的大多数所嘲弄.与陌生人打招呼的西方文化,于国人有障碍,国人对生人的常态是没表情不搭理.带来的人际关系是生人之间的防备和隔膜,熟人之间的热络与喧闹, 熟人也要看熟的程度,分际的把握更像一个微妙平衡的陀螺.现实中的状况依然会在网上表现出来.生人之间的分享没有什么关系,熟人之间的分享谨防臭显摆,当然,还有另外一种熟的不能再熟的,打情骂俏胡扯乱弹也可混个热度.不变的是:生人重内容,熟人重关系.生人如何变成熟人就像商品到货币的惊险一跳,难啊. 二,实名与虚名的关系 实名制是最早鼓吹SNS那拨人的出发点,后来变成一些自命SNS网站的神主牌.原以为把虚名变成实名既可解决网络诚信问题,又可发展实实在在的网上关系,破解在网上是人是狗的命题,而且FB也是这样起家的.其实,校园是网上的特殊角落,不能反映多样网上生活的真实状态.在网上,是虚名时人人大胆直接,敢想敢说,生动有趣.是实名时则变成多说别人少说自己,面子名气事大,犀利锋芒尽藏.换念想,现实中都是实名,也没因此更安全,更社交.看来实名制是个偶合,难免不误导.想实名的往往对现实里的名气有更大期待,真正想过有别于现实的网上生活的人对实名有抵制.QQ和MAN里没几个实名,但依然很真实.文人有笔名,古人有名号,其实,都是个喜欢的代号. 三,线上与线下的关系 现实中绝大多数的白骨精都是在线下勤勉耕耘关系,偶尔上线也是以娱乐轻松为主,少数就业于IT的精英,尤其是与SNS有关的网民才会整天泡在网上,以养关系的名义混来混去.其实,线上的关系如没有线下的关系,那好友是真的吗?在马路上碰到会打招呼吗? 充其量是一种订阅关系,或者说几乎是陌生人.而有限的线下关系和有限的精力如何与线上成百上千的关系匹配,或者,根本不可能匹配.那么,线上对线下太过于依赖,六度空间是假的?线上必须与线下重叠,SNS是虚的?更虚的是很多SNS网主以实名制和线下关系搬到网上为自豪,同时又期望你放弃线下关系方式而过上纯粹的SNS生活.就别说那些社会化商务理想了,交友是为了被推销?.线上对线下的依赖很严重.校园正好无利益冲突地暗合了这种需求,那么,新的问题是还有没有第二个校园? 四,内容与关系的关系 媒体化是互联网的第一性特征,也就是有没有内容的人工或智能聚合.SNS有聚合,但某种意义上说是排斥内容的,或者是对内容有限截取,重点关注的是人的动态,虽然也会附带出一些好友的内容.其中的悖论是越是陌生的人越是重内容,越是熟悉的人越是重关系,而关系多的可以看到更多的内容,关系很少的几乎看不到内容.对网民的行为是往关系上引导还是往内容上引导,的确有点相互矛盾.如何推动陌生人的融入是这个矛盾的关键.也就是新来者在哪里获得留下来的动力和能力.还有,当生人向熟人转化时,他的需求也会由重内容向重关系转化,这给SNS的架构设置和产品供给又提出了更大的难题.真实的国人,对内容有着饥饿般的需求,对人际关系承载着太多功利的期待,对陌生人充满着信任危机.这是一个最广大的现实. 五,话题与圈子的关系 无巧不成书,无话题不成圈子,有话题不止是指有内容,还指共同话题,共同感兴趣的话题.只有这样才能形成一个圈子,当圈子形成后便有了两个趋向,一是,慢慢会吸引共同爱好的用户加入进来.二是会逐步排斥不能贡献内容的用户出去.当然我们可以划分不同的兴趣小组以期凝聚更多的人.问题是这到底是一个什么样纲目下的小组,比如豆瓣可以有不同的读书小组,但有不读书的IT小组吗?玩车小组吗? 带来的问题是只有共同话题,才能形成圈子,而这个圈子只能随这个话题而发展下去,圈子的排它性决定了它长不大. 圈子对话题的依赖是需更大,还是更小.或者说大和小根本不是一个可以选择的问题,因为这个问题与上一条有关,与下一条也有关. 六,好友与社交的关系Shared by 笑炊 (50)Contribute comment -

I have been a long-time OpenOffice user strictly for the fact I think it’s a complete waste of cash to spend almost 380 bucks just to type up documents and create spreadsheets. Some notes before continuing: If you’re the type who says "My life is inside Outlook", I’ll say up front that OpenOffice will not work for you because it doesn’t have any collaborative software bundled with it. 最近UCDChina的话题是站内信，我的话题也由站内信说起，不过内容跟站内信无太大关系。我们看一封Facebook发给某用户的站内信： 请注意，Facebook账户仅为真人用户而设立，我们期望Facebook帐号可以真实反映“现实生活”中的联系人(例如：家人、同学、同事等)，而不是仅在网络上的朋友。正如我们在首页的声明，Facebook是一个社交工具，而不是“社交网站”。也就是说，我们希望连接你和你身边的人，巩固彼此认识的朋友之间的友谊，而不是找到一大群新朋友。如果此规定有悖于你先前的想法，我向你表示诚挚的歉意。但这就是我们创办Facebook的初衷。 如果注册帐号仅仅是为了使用应用程序，那么就违反了我们的用户协议。很遗憾，我们不会重新启用你的账户。为此而引起的一切不便深感抱歉，但这个决定不会改变。 感谢你的理解。 劳伦 这是Facebook团队发给用户的“劝告信”，当初用户为了玩Facebook里面的插件游戏而去添加不认识的好友或者一个人注册多个“马甲号”，现在却因为这个原因而被Facebook封号。因为Facebook的初衷不是让用户通过自己结交大量新朋友，而是为了巩固彼此认识的朋友之间的友谊。 我不得不说，Facebook是一个有思想的网站，最起码他们知道自己要的是什么。 我们反观一下国内的校内网，不可否认，校内网以同学作为社区的关系纽带有着得天独厚的优势，目前的用户群在国内的各大社交网站中也是最大的。不过，“有头脑，没思想”这句话用来评论校内网最合适不过。 自从校内开放了API之后，各种应用插件如洪水般涌入，比如争车位、好友买卖、在线宠物等等，这种“涌入”造成的直接现象就是在个人首页的“新鲜事”列表里充斥这大量的低价值用户操作信息，如“张三在李四的车位上停了X小时，赚了X元”，“王五花了Y元买赵六为奴隶”等等，甚至连某某人摸了摸好友的宠物小狗都要在列表里亮一下。与那些高价值的新鲜事相比，这些信息彻底混淆了用户的视线，整个校内网完全被游戏娱乐的氛围所笼罩，高端用户进一步流失。 国内网站的发展路线随着时间也会慢慢走形，对小网站来说，姑且可以称之为“小网站的灵活性”，但是对于大网站来说，这恐怕就不是战略所能决定的变化了吧。试想一下，如果校内把那些应用程序来作为赢取用户的主力军，那么我想知道的是，这样的用户忠诚度能有多高？ 对于有些事，我们不妨学习学习Facebook：我们本来希望你这样这样，而你却那样那样，那我们不要你了，连这样也不给你。 再回头看看那封站内信，Facebook显得是那样的自信和有原则。Shared by IN (44)Contribute comment -
