I love John Coulthart's cover designs for the upcoming CD and DVDs of Alan Moore biography The Mindscape of Alan Moore. They're a perfect blend of contemporary design and sixteenth century supernaturalism. Coulthart's design incorporates the Sigilum Dei Aemeth, created by Doctor John Dee in the sixteenth century. Update: Filmz.ru just posted a different higher res photo of Jim Carrey as Ebenezer Scrooge. In Nanjing this week, a bevvy of aspiring fashion models strutted their stuff in a fashion show filled with laptops, skintight circuitboard body stockings, and throbbing digital backdrops.
