Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are expected to announce today plans for accelerating and expanding mortgage loan modifications for distressed homeowners. The new guidelines will apply to specific kinds of past due loans and try to bring their debt to income ratio down to 38%. Washington will also prod other big banks to do the same. Shared by 白鸦 谁敢动品牌厂商的市场预算，CCAV就敢干谁。千度也不行 keso在《三言二拍：百度的选择题》一文中，通过百度在竞价排名中暴露的虚假广告质疑百度竞价排名的合理性。 其实，这是两个概念，即使是CCTV，也不能因为百度在医疗、医药类关键词的竞价排名中暴露的虚假广告而全面否定竞价排名这一商业模式。我们应该客观而理智的看待商业模式和法律的问题。 1.无论是百度还是谷歌，甚至CCTV，都存在虚假广告的问题，打个不恰当的比方，总不能因为三鹿的广告就否定CCTV的商业模式吧； 2.百度出现虚假广告，应该根据广告法，对广告主和百度进行处罚。 《广告法》第38条规定："发布虚假广告，欺骗和误导消费者，使购买商品或者接受服务的消费者的合法权益受到损害的，由广告主依法承担民事 责任；广告经营者，广告发布者明知或者应知广告虚假仍设计、制作、发布的，应当依法承担连带责任。" 所以，这个问题不是那么复杂，CCTV要做的是两件事： 1.作为一个中国最权威的官方媒体，它不应该滥用影响力滥情的去攻击一个公司的商业模式，百度的竞价排名是好是坏，至少，还是让法律来判决吧。CCTV是一个新闻机构，而不是一个法律机构； 2.曝光百度的虚假广告，是CCTV作为新闻媒体的监督作用的体现，除了百度，CCTV能不能从自己开始，以身作则，曝光一切的虚假广告，让全国各地的法官奖金更高一些。 百度要做的也是两件事： 1.充分审核自己的商业模式。可以另外开一个Beta版的百度，探索把竞价排名从一整页，改成3/4页，1/2页，1/4，以及谷歌赞助商广告的1/5页，去找到一个答案。究竟是中国网民的习惯造成了百度的整页都是竞价排名，还是百度整页竞价排名造成了中国网民的习惯； 2.除了医疗、医药类关键词，百度需要对照广告费充分的审核自己的操作流程，不要再违法了。 至于其他的公司，需要搞明白的是，CCTV炮轰百度，虽然误击百度的商业模式，但是本质上是炮轰百度的虚假广告。你要做的不是跟着炮轰百度的商业模式，而是要用自己的业绩证明你的模式比百度要先进，同时，也不要忘了把自己的屁股洗洗干净！ 如果是由媒体来终结一个商业模式，而不是由法律来终结一个商业模式，这绝对是中国的悲哀。 中国的选择，让我们拭目以待！ 继续.
