The characters of Fable 2 are meant to be a reflection of the person playing them, to a point. The choices you make as you grow from childhood to adulthood in the game will change your character's appearance. But, your character is highly customizable. Lionhead Studios says they have tons more clothing to wear (all of which can be dyed), you can put on make-up, jewelry, change hairstyles, add facial hair. You can also morph ...

Although we've been covering celebrity uncoverings for years now, we're still not really quite sure why it is that famous women have such a hard time keeping their nipples under wraps. But then again, who are we to ignore the desperate cry of areolas yearning to be free? Over the years, we've spotted more than a handful of accidentally uncovered nipples—or "nip slips," as the kids are calling them these days. After the jump, relive ...

After an onslaught of splodey summer movies, we were excited for the movie version of Blindness, directed by Fernando Meirelles (City of God). The adaptation Nobel Prize-winning author Jose Saramago's novel takes place in the near future, where cities become ravaged with a mysterious outbreak of blindness. And the government carts the "sick" off to quarantined zones, where society degenerates into mob rule and petty dictators take over. But can Meirelles' adaptation live up to ...

From my interview in the ST Interview column, Straits Times, 3 Sept 2008. Gosh, that helmet, loose dryweave t-shirt, and silly grin, really made me look fat. That's a nice shot of the kids. I rarely have shots like this because it is so hard to get all of us settled down enough to take a family photo.

For this week's Photoshop Contest, I asked you to create some really awkward gadget-related cross promotions. Another home run, if I do say so myself. There were an inordinate number of entries that involved condoms or feminine hygenine products, but beyond those we have some truly inspired entries. And some truly twisted entries. In fact, all three of the top winners are tasteless to the point of maybe crossing the line, but I guess you ...

There was plenty of cool stuff to grab at this year's Penny Arcade Expo. Lots of t-shirts of course, stickers, wrist bands, all of those freebies from bungie, the boxes of stuff. You could even get a free copy of Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway if you were willing to have your head shaved. Tristan got a free spray-painted tattoo. (There were two designs) Among all of the largess two companies' swag really stood out ...

Maru, a factory engineer by day, is trying to perfect a way to make Kizer ...

Just a couple more pics for you guys before we enter the belly of the beast again. These TF2 cosplayers were all over the place, but I didn’t see any Heavies. Well, there were some heavies all right, but to be precise I didn’t see anybody dressed as a heavy from TF2. Click twice for the big version. Yes, I know the TF2 guys are in there twice. That’s just the way they roll.
