Eventually it all comes down to cash and selling power. VMware has been having trouble selling purely because it just doesn't have the kind of DNA and animals in their shops who are as capable of selling the products for recessionary times. Of course, you can sell when the times are good. You can also sell when people are in dire need to replace hardware and want to cut costs, but how can you sell ...Shared by Nick (20)Contribute comment -

We were impressed last month when it was rumored that the Huffington Post may have raised $15 million in new investment, a big accomplishment for a media company at a time when the media economy is in the trash. The Huffington Post has raised 25 million dollars in funding from Oak Investment Partners, claims AllThingsD. According to AllThingsD, this puts the valuation for The Huffington Post at 100 million dollars. It’s a big valuation, and the 25 million dollar round is bigger than the previously rumored 15 million. A question that inevitably still pops up after any news such as this is: “How does this make sense? It’s just a blog!” I, however, don’t ...Contribute comment -

According to the Wall Street Journal, Redstone and his holding company, National Amusements, hope the separation will help breathe new life into the firm's suffocating $1.6 ...Shared by Vanguard (10)Contribute comment -

Interest payments occur when you lend someone money and they pay back more than they borrowed. For example, when you deposit money into a high interest savings account, then the bank will give you interest payments for lending them the money. Shared by bbbush (24)Contribute comment -

(24) 94smart (28) Chris (27) Dash (6) iFire (0) oxygen (45) Yishuai (2)- iFire said: ReTweeting from keso:
