感谢我就不信投递不上！的投递针对消费者颇为关注的手机号码簿统一标准问题，工信部相关机构透露，已颁布相关细则，要求手机厂商实施该标准，方便用户手机信息转存。同时，工信部公布了已率先相应此惠民措施的数家企业名单，其中全部是国产品牌，洋品牌再次动作迟缓。据悉，受工信部科技司的委托，负责国家手机入网检验的权威机构中国泰尔实验室日前举办了该标准的宣贯会，会上要求手机厂商尽快加紧实施该标准，以便解决广大手机用户个人手机信息转存管理困难的问题。 督促厂商加紧实施 统一手机号码簿实际上是继推广手机通用充电器之后，又一个在手机应用方面惠及广大消费者的重要举措。 手机的“电话簿”转存不方便是一个由来已久的问题。用户在使用手机的过程中，往往在手机中也慢慢积累了很多重要的信息，如电话本里的联系人等等。出于更换手机或备份数据等需求，消费者希望能把这些信息从手机中转移到其他手机，或者保存于其他地方。但是由于手机技术发展的历史原因，目前，市场上不同品牌手机之间的用户信息的转存和管理非常不方便，除了通过手机SIM卡能够转移部分电话号码之外，很难找到便捷可行的其他方式。全国有超过6亿的手机使用者，可以说其中大部分人遇到过这方面的烦恼，因此，解决这个手机数据转移的问题，具有很广泛的群众基础和现实意义。 实施细则已颁布 工信部的前身原信产部是于今年3月宣布该标准的。 工信部相关机构负责人表示，为了方便手机厂商实施，工信部科技司已于2008年8月发布了《数字移动终端外围接口数据交换标准符合性认定实施细则》(工信科(2008)4号文)。也就是说，各手机厂商在实施方面已经有依据，不难实施。 据悉，在该通知中，工信部还要求各省通信管理局、运营商和相关单位积极推广相关标准，电信运营商应采用实施了“通用电话簿”的手机产品。 国产厂商率先实施 与充电器统一接口标准一样，此次又是国产品牌厂商率先实施。 目前，已经有部分手机厂商的产品通过了相关标准的测试，工信部的标准符合性认定正在进行之中。第一批通过标准符合性认定测试的生产企业和产品有：步步高、波导、七喜、长虹、手机桥等。很多手机生产企业正在开发之中。 工信部相关机构表示，对于该标准的符合性认定工作已经开始，消费者也很容易识别。 据悉，认证标志为黄色和绿色两种。消费者将会很容易地通过绿色的“udx”和黄色的“udx-c”标志来区分它们与普通的手机。其中的“udx”即为通用数据交换的简写。绿色“udx”标志代表着“通用电话簿”实施最理想的方式，即在手机上生成通用格式，并用最简单通用的方式传送到电脑或另一个手机上。而黄色“udx-c”主要是针对市场上已售出手机的过渡方案，即手机先将“电话簿”等传送到电脑上，再由升级后的传送软件转化成“通用格式”，以便方便的编辑、增减、管理，并转存到其他手机上。这种方法只要通过升级生产企业提供的电脑侧驱动软件即可。 0 顶一下
