中国互联网已经发展了十几年了，主要解决了些什么问题呢？毫无疑问，主要解决的是娱乐问题。如果还有什么的话，数得上的就是商务问题了。其他的，实在是乏善可陈。 其实对于每个人来说，第一重要的不是娱乐问题，也不是商务的问题，而是关于吃喝拉撒的问题。然而，对于每个人每日都在持续的繁琐生活，互联网能提供的帮助其实还很小。当你需要在衣食住行、吃喝玩乐、教育升学、家政、保姆、装修房屋等这些生活琐事上寻求帮助时，你会发现互联网对此帮助甚微。互联网上关于日常生活的信息本来就不充足，而且散落在各个网站角落之中，缺乏有效的信息检索手段，迅速地将生活需求和有效的生活信息匹配起来——这是互联网疆域中的一处荒地，市场的空白点。 解放处于水深火热中的旧中国人民的历史任务是由无产阶级来完成的，而无产阶级是通过“社会革命”来完成这个任务的。那么，应该由谁来借助互联网完成整合广大老百姓吃喝拉撒信息的历史任务呢？他们又应该怎么样才能完成呢？ 一开始大家都以为是谷歌、百度这样的通用搜索引擎，后来发现不是。于是，从不缺乏创新的互联网行业，用生活搜索来回答了这些问题。生活搜索两三年来的发展虽然幼稚，但也初现端倪。 马克思说，在革命过程中，无产阶级既要进行“武器的批判”，更要掌握“批判的武器”。 之前，对于广大老百姓的吃喝拉撒的信息整合问题，生活搜索引擎已经初步提供了“武器的批判”，但是却迟迟没有“批判的武器”。 最近，生活搜索网站的典型代表爱帮网的CEO刘建国同志终于第一次提供一件“批判的武器”，那就是ELITE理论。 这个理论是由五个属性组成的：Everything（包罗万象，信息要非常全）、Location（生活是有地理属性的，每个人的生活都是围绕着某些固定的地点来展开）、Information（全面而可靠的信息）、Timeliness（时效性）、Experience（消费者的体验）。 五个属性的首字母组合在一起，正好是ELITE，这个单词的中文意思为“精英”，因此刘建国将这个理论称为精英理论。 这个理论我还是认同的，基本上也都说到生活搜索的本质了。如果要说不满意，也就是对这个理论的名称——精英理论。因为任何理论最终都是要去掌握群众的，而群众总是对“精英”之类的词汇很不感冒，多少有点曲高和寡的感觉。 自从刘建国发布这个理论后，网上也引发了一些讨论，不过我看还是支持者要稍微多一些。反对的声音主要集中在理论这玩意是否需要以及生活搜索这么个新生事物是否需要理论。对这个理论本身的质疑似乎不是很多。 马克思在《<黑格尔法哲学批判>导言》中说：“批判的武器当然不能代替武器的批判，物质力量只能用物质力量来摧毁，但是理论一经掌握群众，也会变成物质力量。理论只要说服人，就能掌握群众；而理论只要彻底，就能说服人。” “批判的武器当然不能代替武器的批判，物质力量只能用物质力量来摧毁”，这是说实践的重要；“但是理论一经掌握群众，也会变成物质力量。理论只要说服人，就能掌握群众；而理论只要彻底，就能说服人。”这就是说理论更重要。 拿起武器去战斗，是无产阶级革命的必经之路。但是在战斗的过程中，无产阶级若想成功，也必须要有先进的“批判的武器”来指导自己前进的方向。生活搜索也是如此，爱帮在取得实践的一部分成绩之后，也必须一个理论。ELITE理论先不论正确与否，至少这个苗头是对的、方向是对的。借助理论的力量，用先进的理论武装自己的头脑，就可以动员更多的人加入到生活搜索的队伍中来。 接下来的最大考验就是如何让理论更好的去掌握群众，“理论一经掌握群众，也会变成物质力量”。不管是用户也好，自己的员工也罢，只有做到这一点，革命才能成功，才能将网络和现实中的生活信息聚拢在一起，才能让用户能够便捷有效地查询到他身边的生活信息，才能让互联网真正帮助生活。（刘兴亮） 相关博客文章链接： 生活服务类网站的三种形态 爱帮网刘建国谈生活搜索 SNS、电子商务的概念之痒 谷歌在YouTube推搜索广告是一种悲哀 在线搜索将强力助跑旅游业 垂直搜索与通用搜索哥俩好 百度应设法避免成为分众无线 探访Google硅谷总部(图) 李开复：整合搜索是未来趋势看衰垂直搜索 淘宝封百度？最反感的就是这个“封”字
