我對漫畫版的《20世紀少年》是蠻欣賞的，豐富的劇情，立體的人物描寫，跨主題的探索，都叫人津津樂道。但對於其要推出電影版，卻一點也不感到興奮，反而有點擔心，這個故事能怎樣拍成電影啊？結果，雖然我入場時已下調不少期望，但仍然相當失望。 電影和漫畫是不同的媒介，說故事的手法自然大有不同。看漫畫讀者有主導權，可以控制看的時間，可以偶然停下思考，又或飛快閱讀，又或回頭翻看，所以漫畫可以有複雜的劇情，仔細描寫人物角色，然後讓讀者自行取捨。但看電影的觀眾，時間、空間、視覺等都是受到限制，在短短二個多小時的過程中，觀眾將全副精神放在畫面情節上，所以電影最好能有重心，不能太散亂，這才能抓住觀眾的注意力。 電影版的《20世紀少年》的重心是甚麼？我找不到。 漫畫改編成電影，在眾多漫畫迷注視之下，自然有「忠於原著」的包袱。電影版的《20世紀少年》是十分忠於原著的，找到與漫畫相似的人物，差不多搬字過紙的劇情，將第一部的血洗大除夕清楚交代。可惜，這只是一種「愚忠」。如此「移植」情節，根本完全沒有考慮到電影與漫畫的分別，結果出來的電影在人物眾多、東拉西扯之下，劇情失焦。更慘的是，這個「電影化」的過程，將本來漫畫版《20世紀少年》的缺點，如「朋友」掘起的兒戲，完全曝露出來。 「忠於原著」不應只著眼於劇情人物的相似度，而是在漫畫中抽取那種精神、感覺等等這些更深層次的東西，再看看如何配合電影媒介，進行取捨改編。漫畫《20世紀少年》其中描寫出色的，是健次重拾自信要「取回這個標誌」的改變。電影雖然已對準健次描寫，但卻仍然無力，可能是旁枝太多。 那電影要如何改編才好？我沒有答案。或許《20世紀少年》的故事架構，天生就只有利於長篇。 相關閱讀： 《20世紀少年》…還是要真人化？ 《20世紀少年》：忠於原著、忠於原著？ Tags: comics, movie, review 相關文章 黑武士誕生，系列的完結 (0) 魔間行者 Constantine 神魔拉鋸 (10) 魔間傳奇 - 商業之間？ (3) 魔幻王國 - 寓教育於娛樂 (1) 魔幻城堡 VS 移動城堡 (2)

顯然，《第一誡》「這個世上是沒有鬼的」就是一個說鬼的故事。電影在故事、演出、畫面等等，都很有水準，算是近期的滄海遺珠。 [以下劇透!] 故事結構有點像 MIB：雜務科的工作表面上是處理許多雞毛蒜皮的事，很其實都是與靈異有關。但在這個科學社會，神鬼不能說，第一誡「沒有鬼」正是用來掩飾他們的工作。雖然雜務科很少人，但背後似乎有很多「支援」。新手李國強(余文樂)被調至此，跟將要辭職的老差骨黃耀祖(鄭伊健)「邊做邊學」，然後漸漸深入到一單連環自殺案件當中。 摒棄了我們對鬼的一般認知，故事設定了另外一套規則：人傳人。個人認為這套規則太霸道，簡直是魔高幾十丈。不過既然故事這麼設定，而且也能自圓其說(這很重要！)，就這麼順著看下去吧。故事依此規則發展下去，串連起城中連環女生自殺案。 在編排上故事前半比較鬆散，比較多「見鬼」經歷，多以突然音效和畫面嚇人，比較低手。後半進入「偵探戲」才比較緊密，將各種伏線聚合起來，結合戲中的規則，劇情就緊張起來了。 故事說「凡事不要看表面」。表面是雜務科，實際是捉鬼科。表面不信鬼神，實際就是信。表面是人，實際是鬼。而人傳人規則在此主題起關鍵作用，讓這主題能一直貫穿到結局，算是很不錯。 片中分別也有描寫二人的感情生活，似乎想讓主角更立體更具血肉，並為其後的偵探情節舖路，但描寫上似乎仍然太表面，與主線有點距離。 特別一讚的，是此片的香港景象拍得很好很細緻，用色也有一番考究，出來電影的「香港味」很濃很地道。 最後我有一個疑問：結局時揭發出真相時，顯示之前有幾幕都是假的，例如李女友的哭訴、李黃二人在等待犯人時的對話、黃與其前妻跳舞等等。但這幾幕的假想，是出自誰的？李國強？這些假想除了用來扭穚外，還有沒有甚麼意義？ Tags: ghost, hk, movie, review 相關文章 誰殺？誰破？誰狼？ (0) 花好月圓 (0) 甚麼是鬼? A bootleg of the live action Dragonball movie has been leaked and now you can see all the Tai Chi, make out sessions, Master Roshi Hawaiian shirts and a tiny Piccolo-in-action shot.
