和美国不一样，我感觉新西兰的选举已经结束了。谁上台基本没有悬念，我都没有看到国家党有什么宣传攻势，只有工党和一些小党在苦苦挣扎——但奇迹不会轻易发生，我也看不到它将发生的迹象。 所以今天电视三台的第二次大党党魁辩论看得我昏昏欲睡，两个党魁也就是把自己已经重复了无数遍的政策再重复一次。 真正的亮点，至少对我来说，是主持人John Campbell。我不是常常看他的节目，不过从今天节目中看出，他至少比一台的大胡子Mark Sainsbury要好，至少显得非常公平，给了两人差不多相当的时间，也给了双方足够的时间回应对方。当情况混乱，该打断的时候绝不含糊，党魁跑题时多半也能及时制止。 至于党魁之间，那实在是没什么亮点。唯一的一次是在争论Anti Smacking Bill反掌罚法案时，奇迹发生了。这原本是一个不受欢迎的法案，两家当时都投了赞成票，但跌大家眼镜的是，两个党魁居然不是互相推脱，而是在互争提出该法案的功劳。 这实在是一个奇怪的现象，特别是国家党来说，因为该法案的“功劳”通常都被归功于工党-绿党名下，虽然基本是稳赢了，也不能这样吧？别忘了有一些人他们真的不知道国家党当时也投了赞成票。 这反应出的问题其实是，和新西兰政坛历来的传统一样，两大党虽然自称有左右之分，但他们其实都非常靠向中间。在新西兰，任何倾向稍微明显一点的政党都无法取得大量支持，要上台，就必须取得对方选民的支持，被迫让自己向中间靠。 要达到这一点，最简单的方法就是把对方的政策照单全收。一个例子，工党很少有连续执政三届的记录，第一次是1935-49，工党传奇式的人物Michael Savage（听老人家说当年很多人家自愿挂他头像）打下了福利国家的基础，另一次就是这次。国家党最后都是怎么取得政权的？宣布工党所进行的福利改革他们会照样保持不变，这一次也一样，宣布保持working for families计划不变。 这表明了我认为选民需要认真考虑的一点——在MMP下，只有小党能够带来真正的改变。我对你的政治倾向没有兴趣，我的投票建议仅此而已。 就辩论本身来说，Helen Clark老大姐这次表现更好。没有了上次的咆哮，但依然是非常主动积极（毕竟现在处于严重劣势中），John Key和上次没什么差别，但很明显缺少一些动力，不是那么积极，只有一副稳操胜卷的态势。 对此的投票结果将会在晚11时发布，不过我还是认为John Key会取胜，因为很多人会按政党倾向投票。
