"I want to make a bet with you today. By January 2014 I will wager that in the US almost all forms of tangible media will either be in sharp decline or completely extinct. I am not just talking about print, but all tangible forms of media - newspapers, magazines, books, DVDs, boxed software and video games." That is how Steve Rubel started the post, The End of Tangible Media is Clearly in Sight, on ...Shared by hellokinsella (6) Mitch Joel (0)Contribute comment - II Premio Nazionale di Poesia Poesie al mondo (1)

These new online social spaces have empowered individuals to promote their personal brands (and, yes, every individual does have a personal brand). That being said, a brand is not an ...Shared by Chris (0) Connie Crosby (0) Dan London (0) Elwin Witzke (0) Jeremy Epstein (0) John (3) Joseph Rodgers (20) Kat Tancock (0) Kneale Mann (1) Mark Dykeman (4) Mike Fruchter (55) Mitch Joel (0) Saul (4) siansleep (0) Timothy Parcell (0) webhues (0)- Mark Dykeman said: Great insight from Mitch Joel

Another Heart Rock Found in the Creekbed© Copyright 2008 FarmgirlFare.com, the award-winning blog where earlier this week we had a couple of extremely frosty 20-degree mornings, but today it was sunny and in the 70s. We went from pulling out the quilts, piling on the polarfleece (I love that stuff), and stoking the woodstove day and night to contemplating shorts and opening all the windows. Some of the sheep have runny noses from the drastic ...Shared by Suzanne (22)Contribute comment -

The underlying technology, which used signals from cell phone towers, was initially developed so mobile-phone users could get a rough fix on their location, even without GPS technology. Now, though, Gears has been augmented with location smarts based on signals from Wi-Fi networks so that people with laptops also can figure out their location to ...- CHC said: Geo-located websites on laptops needed to happen... now I'd like to see a site that pushes this tech forward with a coolness factor.
