老師、名師真的都是很偉大的呀！ 在我小的時候，幾乎沒有參加過任何的演講或是朗讀比賽，最主要的原因我想是因為我的口條不夠好，緊張的時候容易結巴（謎之聲：其實因為是男生??），所以其實一直以來我對「上台」這件事是十分陌生且較無自信的。不過大學以後，不管是吉他比賽、營隊活動或是助教、報 paper 等等機會變多，對於一上台就會腳發抖的恐懼心理已經好非常多了，但要給聽眾一個很滿意的演出，還是我得繼續努力的目標。 攝於 Google Teacher Camp 今年突然有了許多機會要上台演講或是授課，我給自己這些日子以來的表現大約是七十分的評價，這篇文章就是想來檢討自己的一些自己發現的缺點、心得，以當作未來上台時的一些參考。（如果讀者之中也有聽過我演講、授課的朋友，也歡迎不吝賜教） 講話容易轉到高倍速播放的問題，有時候是因為我想要表達的事情太多，會急著想要把這些東西都傾倒出來，以致於批哩啪啦講了一堆字句，聽眾好像就會陷入一種茫然的境界，這就是所謂的「欲速則不達」嗎？所以應該要掌握下句點（分段）的能力。 笑話功力不足，這個大概就真的是跟個性比較有關了。雖然我不是個嚴肅的人，但就是還不會在課堂間講笑話，可能是我以前太常蹺課上的課不夠多，沒有多觀摩成功的老師都是怎麼做的吧。 儘可能地在一個 talk 開始之前作一些小暖場，比方說可以用簡單的舉手調查開始，可以用來了解台下觀眾的程度、還有向觀眾傳達這場演講要傳達的訊息。 除了提醒觀眾隨時可以打斷發問（看狀況），好讓他們在聽不清楚的地方馬上重新詮釋使其瞭解，也不會等到一個段落後才發現忘記要問什麼。 （個人觀感）講師適時地在台上耍笨（但有的時候是真的笨了….Orz）其實是讓氣氛緩和的良方！ 用親身經驗來說服觀眾自己是怎麼瞭解某個議題，曾經遇過什麼挫折等等，也許就有機會碰到觀眾也發生的盲點。 … 其實應該還有很多技巧才對，可能我還要再經歷更多講演的機會才會表現得更好吧！
