Many new PS3 owners were losing hope, and then LittleBigPlanet happened. Media Molecule's baby, even in the brief look we got ...

I just caught the writeup Steve Rubel did on a recent Forrester report on consumer adoption of RSS. Steve (based off the Forrester report) is of the distinct opinion that we’ve entered into the era of peak adoption. According to the survey, mainstream consumer adoption of RSS is at 11%, only up 2% over the last three years. Of those that were designated by the survay as not active users of RSS, around 19% said ...

RSS has 2 parameters: whether u realise u use it and how u chose to use it. we do want it to be transparent in the first sense but not in the second. I want to select myself sources my info comes from - but without the hassle of sorting it/them!!

This morning, I had the pleasure of attending the Chicago Business Marketing Association (BMA) roundtable discussion on social media. General seminars like this usually go one of two ways in terms of being very engaging or just more of the same ole, same ole. I knew today would fall under the former category. Today’s presenter was none other than social media guru Steve Rubel. Whether you know it or not, you’ve probably heard of or ...

Opinion by Dale Wolf I could not agree more that we need change in this country. Why? Because, as customers of the Federal and State governments, we are getting a bad deal. Or at least it feels that way to this one customer. When we get a good customer experience, we repeatedly go back to the same provider – time after time. We feel we are getting a good value. We are getting good service. ...

Marketing Age magazine, which is published in Ireland, ran a profile of me in their July/August issue where I talk about my role within Edelman Digital, how I use RSS to keep in the know and trends in social networking - including Friendfeed. The article is not online. However, If you're interested, they have graciously given me permission to share it here. The full PDF is here or you can simply click through each of ...
