雅虎CEO杨致远周三表示,当初与微软谈崩并不是他一个人的责任. 杨致远周三在Web 2.0峰会上称,愿意与微软重新展开谈判,这也是微软当前的最佳选择.谈到当初与微软谈判破裂,杨致远说:“我相信,我们做出的每项决定都是正确的.当初 没能达成交易,两家公司都有责任.”今年1月31日,微软宣布以每股31美元洽购雅虎.5月份,微软又将报价提升至每股33美元,但还是未能达成交易.有分析师当时表示,主要是杨致远无意出售雅虎.而雅虎则表示,微软已无谈判诚意.- Shuke, the Pilot said: 一出活生生的IT韩剧。
