Oggi sono incappato in questo blog e in questa serie di post scritti su una probabile cattiva gestione di fondi in una singola organizzazione nonprofit (anzi ong), di cui non si fa il nome. Un des premiers signes manifestes de la stupidité du Président Bush fut juste après la passation officielle, quand sa première décision présidentielle le 22 janvier 2001 fut de restaurer la politique dite de Mexico City (qui dit que le gouvernement ne financera pas d'ONG à l'étranger qui peuvent préconiser l'avortement).
