So I swing by Ace this morning and notice that this piece of dreck, Haidt/Graham 2007, has somehow resurfaced, on a conservative website, as an accurate representation of “the difference between liberals and conservatives.” Well, at least as far as liberals are concerned. These researchers determined that “there are five psychological foundations of morality, which we label as harm/care, fairness/reciprocity, ingroup/loyalty, authority/respect, and purity/sanctity.” Conservative morality is based on some combination of all five of ...

Surreal. AMERICA IS NO LONGER SAFE FOR CONSERVATIVES, AT LEAST IN PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA. Watch this horrifying footage (just over three minutes) shot in a frenzied mayhem in the streets of post election America, as a man is arrested for wearing a McCain T-shirt. Con. Res. 362), which would have opened the door for a naval blockade on Iran. This resolution, proposed in May and strongly advocated by the American Israel Political Affairs Committee, would have imposed “stringent inspection ...

In an attempt to one-up Verizon's FiOS, AT&T has finally rolled out a new software update for its U-verse service that'll let subscribers watch recorded shows on up to eight different TV sets. FiOS only offers multiroom DVR for seven different televisions currently. The feature is already available in San Francisco and nearby subscriber cities, but ought to be rolled out to the rest of the Bay Area this week. While I'm sure this is ...
