The E100 and tiny Lplayer's prices will be $69.99 for 4GB models and $99.99 for the 8GB ones -- a drop of $40. I paid the 500 quid for the StarTac back in 1999. It was a brilliant, revolutionary handset. My favourite feature was the fact it carried a credit card sized sim card. Not that useful but I liked the concept. Of course the form factor was simply amazing. I was the coolest kid at University College London as a result. Everyone else was walking about with brick handsets. Then I upraded to the RAZR. Again… phenomenal. ...

John Britton wants me to tell you something. He has 6 extra tickets to the Olympics, but rather than scalp them for outrageous prices (I’ve heard certain events are going for over $1000 a seat), he’s GIVING them away.
