La stangata per i cittadini di Verona. Punto di partenza: il gettito complessivo annuale dell’ICI nelle casse comunali era di 79 milioni. Da quest’anno il gettito per la prima casa (26 milioni) non si paga più. Ogni tanto sentiamo dire che lo Stato rimborserà i Comuni, ma non ci contiamo: ci rimettono i Comuni e pagano i cittadini.
