Filed under: Trucks/PickupsWhen Mike Levine at Pickuptrucks.com sets his mind to something, it gets done in a big way. Witness last year's 2007 Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck Shootout. This year he's back with a comparison test that bests his previous effort not only in size and scope, but also in relevance. For 2008 he has assembled every player in the half-ton truck segment, including brand new 2009 models of the Ford F-150, Dodge Ram, Chevy Silverado, ...Shared by Andrew Ruess (627)Contribute comment - PHP: Function arguments - Manual (1)

Fanitan kovasti Pertti Jarlan Fingerporia. Niin kovasti, että kehittelin jopa oman strippi-ideani, ja toteutin sen sitten leikkelemällä ja liimailemalla yhteen palasia HS.fi:ssä julkaistuista stripeistä.Shared by Whiz (107)Contribute comment - Volvo Ocean Race to give boost to tourism (Hindu) (1)

And a new discovery about this infamous lunar body further suggests that Titan has the capacity to produce life. Researchers studying data from the European Space Agency’s Huygens ...Shared by André Elias (133) Avi (2875) Basye (1399) Benjamin (2359) Frederic (92) Gemstar38 (453) Harold (106) Jason (104) jason o (3611) Justin "Uncle Bubba" Roepel (49) Lance (3547) Mindfreak66 (138)Contribute comment -

The major papers haven't taken notice yet [update: the Times did later in the day, as did Entertainment Weekly], but the web world has been noting over the past day that Thomas M. Disch, critic, poet, and major science fiction writer, died on Friday, apparently by his own hand. You can read appreciations (with extensive comments in many cases) from Patrick Nielsen Hayden, Ellen Datlow, Scott Edelman, and GalleyCat. Our own Jeff VanderMeer, before going ...Shared by Kyle Hebert (35)Contribute comment
