As Enterprise 2.0 initiatives continue to proliferate, I cannot see how the latent dissonance I perceive and have tried to articulate will be avoided. I think it will have to be addressed by using new design principles for knowledge work. C’est la question que pourraient se poser nombre d’entreprises. En fait elles n’ont pas perdu leur stratégie, mais en ont simplement oublié une moitié en route.
