腳踏車交通事故的通報 在交通事故處理流程中，肇事現場之處理可以說是最重要的一環，你知道如何處理嗎？一、發生交通事故時，如何做好處理？（1）自己發生交通事故立即請在旁邊的行人幫助你轉報警察單位處理，同時通知家人。（2）他人發生交通事故看到他人發生交通事故時，應該主動幫助他人通報警察單位處理。二、如何報告警察單位處理？（1）如果交通事故發生於市區或一般道路時直撥「110」警察局勤務指揮中心電話報告事故狀況，若現場有傷患，則警察局將代叫救護車至現場處理。（2）通報警察單位處理要詳細說出發生事故地點（例如在光明街35號前等或明顯的招牌看板），方便救護人員快速抵達現場。（3）在救護車或醫師未到前，可以用紗布或乾淨的手帕施予止血保護傷者。 腳踏車交通事故的傷患急救 如果發生重大交通事故，對傷者的處理須注意哪些，知道嗎？以下是簡單範例：一、安全第一防止續發事故，由人員指揮交通流量，並設置警示的臨時障礙物，確保現場傷患安全及狀態。（切勿移動傷者，避免造成二次傷害。）二、了解傷者狀況 迅速評估傷者意識、呼吸、脈搏、瞳孔、有無外傷、出血、肢體有無變形及腫脹等。三、通報110（一）應說明事故狀況、地點、傷情、人數、姓名、及所需協助處理等事宜。（二）除非能夠提供協助，否則盡快離開現場，以免影響救援及妨礙交通。四、傷患處理常識（一）不可任意移動傷者、車、物品，應先標示其位置或照片存證。（二）給予傷者心理支持，並將傷者置於正確舒適的姿勢，注意身體保暖。（三）如傷者已無呼吸、無脈搏、或是有嚴重出血，都應立即急救。五、等待救護車到達向救護人員詳述傷者情況及自己所做急救的經過事項，以提供救護人員參考。 騎乘腳踏車的禁止行為 一、禁止雙載腳踏車雙載容易受重心移位影響，造成轉向操作不穩。雙載分為「前載」與「後載」。前載時重心會前移，前輪負載加大，影響轉向操作；後載時重心會後移，前輪著地壓力不足會影響操控性能，而且側坐會造成整個重心偏離腳踏車中心位置。二、禁止單手或放手騎車腳踏車要能維持平穩行駛，完全是依靠騎乘者的操控，如果用單手及放開雙手騎乘會失去平衡控制，容易發生危險。 騎乘腳踏車的技巧 一、起動方法人坐穩在座墊上後，雙手握住手把，一腳著地另一腳踩在踏板上，施力起動。二、煞車操作煞車的主要目的是降低車速或停車時使用，煞車操作先煞後輪減速再煞前輪，讓車子慢慢停下，儘量不要緊急煞車，以保持騎乘舒適及安全。萬一遇到突發狀況需要緊急煞車時，應該雙手同時用力，操作前後兩輪煞車系統。三、轉彎方式腳踏車在轉彎時，需減慢速度，以免離心力太大，失去控制。若遇十字路口需要轉彎，應在待轉區等候，分兩段式轉彎。 騎乘腳踏車的姿勢 一、騎乘時保持車身平衡車身不平衡主要是騎乘姿勢不當，上半身搖動所引起。二、坐姿-上半身稍微前傾、手肘稍微彎曲腳踏車重心係落在曲柄軸位置，座墊略偏後，當騎乘者的身體傾前，人的重心就會和腳踏車重心一致，所以較能維持穩定。三、後座載有重物後座載重物易造成前輪與路面接觸壓力不足，方向會不穩定。 踏板踩踏的方法 要使腳踏車能夠平穩行駛，雙腳踩踏踏板的方法及均勻施力都是關鍵的技術，不可以忽略，好好學習吧! 一、踏板踩踏位置(一)確的踩踏位置以腳板前端踩踏板，作用較靈活 (二)錯誤的踩踏位置，用腳板後端踩踏板施力較不靈活 二、踏板施力方法兩腳交替施力須平衡，一腳向前踩時，因一腳則隨踏板從下後方移向上方。(一)踏墊(二)左右兩腳交替平穩施力 http://168.motc.g...Shared by leguan (307)Contribute commentWSJ.com: Opinion (108) permalink
