Confusion. Last week, I checked out the “Best of Sirius” and passed (don’t need Howard Stern, thanks), and figured that was all the combining for now. Boy, was I wrong. Like everyone else I woke up last Thursday to the “new lineup” foisted on us with no notice. Here’s the Sirius lineup for you, to go with the XM lineup we wrote about earlier today. I’m not as familiar with Sirius as am I with XM (being an Opie and Anthony fan and all), but I do like how Sirius is all, “Don’t like X? Try Y instead!” Um, no. XM Lucy Program Director Bill Hutton signed off the "XM Saturday Night" show by, uhm, thanking everyone who made him a failure - including management and those who advised him to buy satellite radio stock. The spawn of the XM Sirius fusion emerges tomorrow, and Orbitcast has picked up the complete channel listing for XM subscribers that goes into effect in less than 24 hours.
