These casual chats revolved around the theme of, “How do I turn my ambitions into reality?” I deeply admired their energy and drive, but it became clear as to why they were not seeing their desired results: Trying to do too much at once. Even though we have quickly come to enjoy using Google Chrome after its launch yesterday, we still miss a couple of things from Firefox that Google's browser just doesn't offer yet. Most importantly, Google doesn't yet have any architecture in place that would allow developers to program extensions for it. For Firefox, the extension ecology that developed around it has a been a major contributor to its success and many users who might prefer the ...Shared by AJ (154) Chris (14) Corvida (60) Creeva (25) dd (7) Dimitar D (35) Elroy (21) foolarch (73) Henk-Jan van der Klis (9) Jandy (11) keith (52) Michael Rose (9) Mike F (355) Morton Fox (42) rebrse (127) sarahintampa (79) Wayne (51) wvpv (9)- Chris said: I'm kind of surprised they don't have extensions ready to roll out, since this is such a critical feature of FF. The dust hasn’t even settled on Chrome’s release and already Mozilla is feeling the pressure. The company today released a series of benchmarks showing Firefox 3.1 will be faster than anything Google can muster with Chrome.
