Changing Customers Password Without Consent (4)

After some less than satisfactory service the customer in question changed his password to 'Llyods is pants'. At some point after that a member of staff changed the password to 'no it's not'. It adds search results(for instance from Google) to your address bar dropdown which you can then select and go directly to the website found in the search results rather than to the website (Google, etc..) first.

on The Daily WTF (1173) permalinkSubmitted anonymously, one of our readers' companies uses a lot of CMOS batteries from Dell. To save time and money, they asked for fifty spare batteries instead of having them delivered individually. Dell was happy to oblige, sending one giant box with fifty small boxes inside; each with one neatly-packed CMOS battery. I can't help but be reminded of a similar incident from the past.
