C’è grande attesa per l’uscita di Android, il sistema operativo sviluppato da Google insieme ad altre società di telefonia. La piattaforma sarà distribuita gratuitamente alle società che ne faranno richiesta e si potrà adattare ai rispettivi terminali. Dopo una serie di ritardi, ora la data per il rilascio è fissata per novembre, in vista della campagna natalizia. Microsoft Launches Photosynth: Your Pictures in 3D (92)
onTonight, Microsoft has publicly launched Photosynth, its long awaited Live Labs product that allows you to stitch your photos together to create a detailed 3D environment. While most of the computation is done on your desktop, the images are uploaded to Microsoft's servers and Microsoft is giving all Photosynth users a total of 20GB of storage for their collections. Touch Diamond owners will know that the navi-wheel on the front of the device is capacitive, and can measure movement without actually rotating.
