Tiger Woods Responds to Fan's YouTube Video (55)
on Micro Persuasion (758) permalinkThis video response is brilliant marketing on the part of Electronic Arts and Tiger Woods. A fan posted on YouTube that it's possible for Woods to hit a golf ball in Tiger Woods 08 while walking on water. How does Tiger react? By showing how it's done and promoting Tiger Woods 09 in the process. It shows they listen and bring in the big guns to engage. Seth's Blog: Destroying happiness (69)
on Seth's Blog (4470) permalinkA journalist asked me, Most people have a better standard of living today than Louis XIV did in his day. So why are so many people unhappy? What you have doesn't make you unhappy. What you want does. And want is created by us, the marketers. Marketers trying to grow market share will always work to make their non-customers unhappy. Alien Secret Base Discovered in the Alps Is Actually Medical Center Concept [Architecture] (25)
on Gizmodo (17033) permalinkFirst an alien mothership stranded in the desert, and now a whole extraterrestrial homebase right in the heart of the Alps, where people love to have jacuzzi orgies at 15,000 feet and fly on jet wings. Fortunately for earthlings, it's just a concept for a medical center for rehabilitation of trauma surgery patients designed by Sarah Schneider. Seeing how outwordly it looks inside, I wish it was just apartments. Absolutely beautiful.
