Pod względem wprowadzania nowych funkcji YouTube nie jest zbyt dynamicznym serwisem. Co jakiś czas pojawiają się co prawda aktualizacje odtwarzacza oraz dodatkowe funkcjonalności, ale generalnie nie ma jakichś dramatycznych zmian. Przykład sprawy amerykańskiej firmy IO Group wytoczonej serwisowi Veoh jest według mnie takim zwiastunem. Cała sprawa dotyczyła natomiast kilku filmów pornograficznych zamieszczonych na Veoh przez jego użytkowników, do których prawa autorskie posiada IO Group. onOd czasu do czasu powstają takie ciekawe i dobrze wykonane pomysły jak Autobuser.Serwis ten to inicjatywa dwóch warszawiaków którzy postanowili zrobić coś dla polskiej stolicy aby jej mieszkańcom lepiej się żyło (w tym przypadku lepiej jeździło).
