Минутка ...Shared by Emo (0)Contribute comment

Google Drives Towards Microsoft and Adobe With Gears (137)
on TechCrunch (4252) permalinkGoogle launched Gears last May, and for the first year of its release it was considered a minor, niche product that a few developers and users may take advantage of to allow offline access to web applications. You can probably recall the arguments at the time: who needs offline access, connectivity is everywhere anyway, not enough apps will support this etc. It wasn’t until a year later and only a few weeks ago, that Google ...Shared by ack (2) Adam (52) Adaulfo (11) Alex (5) Andrew M (4) Andrew N. Rebuilding the squat (1)
on Mike Robertson's Blog (0) permalinkMy first squat workout consisted of 8 repetitions at 185 pounds. I can still remember it to this day, as one of the football players made some wise-ass comment and called me "Squatasaurus." Jerk.In my first official powerlifting meet, I squatted a whopping 336 at a bodyweight around 176. Needless to say, I didn't know squat.Over the years, I tried tons of different programs - clusters, wave-loads, bands, chains, 5x5, Russian squat cycles, the works. ...Shared by Emo (0)Contribute comment

The Rise of Contextual User Interfaces (87)
