I just found out that later this week Aweber (the newsletter delivery service that I use) is adding a new feature that will allow their publishers to automatically send an update to their Twitter account when they send a new broadcast/newsletter. The tweet will link to an online version of the newsletter so that your twitter followers will get to see what you’re sending out to newsletter subscribers. This new option will appear in the ...Contribute comment - http://NextInstinct.stumbleupon.com/review/26219729/ (1)

(This isn't my normal fare here, but I had to write about this because it is so tragic. Please read.) One of my good college friends is in Iraq right now. A couple months ago, she told me about Baghdad Pups, a really amazing organization that provides medical care, clearance and transport for the animals U.S. soldiers have come to love during deployment in the Middle East. Google Bullys Twitter Into Adding Nofollow (12)

I’ve decided to add my disdain to Google’s request to Twitter to add a nofollow to links contained within the bio section of user profiles. Rae Hoffman is not afraid to stand-up for what’s right, and I’m happy to lend my support. In case you missed the story, here’s what happened. The “web” link has always been a nofollow link, but the bio links passed popularity until Dave Naylor exposed it, which alerted Matt Cutts ...Shared by Aaron (13) Amish Schulze (23) Andy Beal (26) Dan Perry (12) Dana Lookadoo (37) David (14) Ed's NextInstinct (16) Joshua James (4) Marcus (14) Paul (16) usrbingeek (22) Wilhelm Bauer (92)- David said: Tudo o que ultrassa um determinado tamanho é perigoso para o Google... e o Google não gosta. At Google, we have a saying: “launch early and iterate.” While this approach is usually limited to our engineers, it apparently applies to our mailroom as well! As you may have read in the blogosphere, we hit "send" a bit early on a comic book introducing our new open source browser, Google Chrome. Will it support the huge library of Mozilla plugins? (No way I can switch camps without Rikaichan for Japanese translation). And can we trust Google not to mine our data to serve ads (well, more than they do already)? Either way, very interesting times ahead!
