If you have a microphone on your computer, why not send a voice message instead the next time you want to send an email? Well I usually don’t simply because it’s a pain in the butt and the file is usually too large if I want to attached a proper length voice message to an email. If I brainstorm a project and have ideas for additional tasks, I just put them into notes for that project. And I too tag items with tags that represent locations of tools/people you need to complete them.
