Web Strategy by Jeremiah (297) permalink
Like every industry, the Social media industry is plagued with problems that for now, are slowly being solved. It’s important to note the challenges in our industry in order to first identify them and eventually overcome them. There is no indicator from our data that Social Media will go away, in fact the adoption rates of Generation Y, indicate this is a trend, but with that said, let’s first examine the issues in the industry: ...Shared by Aadje (14) Adam (25) Bradjward (14) Briana Tomkinson (17) Bryan Person (20) Cédric DENIAUD (4) Ch (85) Charles Heflin (21) Chiara Lore' (0) David (92) DOCBook Howto (146) doransky (30) Eric (2) Eric (0) expertseries (12) frjohnsen (28) GP (46) GWJMateo, Mateo (17) Haltse (19) Javier Godoy (3) JonMoss-theappleofmyi (94) Joseph Rodgers (9) Kenneth (13) Kevin Hessel (26) kibbe (5) louisgray (154) ltbeyer (23) Mark (35) Matt (4) Melissa Attree, GetOn eMarketing (16) Michael Bekiaris (23) Mike F (564) Nice Fish Films (48) Nick (6) parkylondon (42) prexec (29) rib (23) rkcollins (5) Robert Scoble (64) Sanns (18) Spencer Parikh (0) Stephan M (90) Stephanie Gulley (21) Tac (21) Tim Elliott (11) Xdroot (60) 安步当车 (28)Contribute comment -
How Content Marketing Will Shake the Tree (27)

Content marketing, in my definition, is the ability to produce useful and entertaining information that is worthwhile on its own, but that might also be useful towards a sale or subsequent action. For instance, a really good review of a product from a trusted source is content marketing. Every time Paisano writes about an amazing piece of software that he loves, it’s a kind of content marketing that I’d call reputation- or authority-based content marketing ...Shared by Annette Schulte (5) chrisbrogan.com (31) ericholter (39) Jane (20) Javed (126) Justin Foster (7) Kenneth (13) Keven Elliff (15) KingBee (0) Lars Wehmeyer (14) Laura Dantonio (16) lilomerlin (1) MadsK (2) Matt M Perez (0) Mike F (564) noel (28) Ozgur Alaz, Marketallica (42) Pamela Weir (0) Rodrigo van Kampen (3) Russ Thornton (0) Scott (20) Shane (7) Steven Correy (42) Sue (35) SuzyiMac (12) Tim (1) Tim Elliott (11)- Sue said: Chris is on to something here. Sure we all heard about hacking the feed count before, but only two ways that I knew about involved copying the Feedburner chicklet from another blog or manually creating fake emails account and subscribing to your own feed. The former was very easy to be detected, while the second was painfully time consuming (not that I tried…). The guys from TheNextWeb though found a simple and efficient way to do the trick.
