At Google, we have a saying: “launch early and iterate.” While this approach is usually limited to our engineers, it apparently applies to our mailroom as well! As you may have read in the blogosphere, we hit "send" a bit early on a comic book introducing our new open source browser, Google Chrome. We will be launching the beta version of Google Chrome tomorrow in more than 100 countries. So why are we launching Google Chrome? ...Shared by [BLT]FQX (60) aaron (99) Aaron (2) Aaron (6) Abhishek (6) Adam (14) Adam Fuhrer (53) Aelle (33) Akeem Williams (11) Alan Dean (32) Alberto (23) Alex (19) Alex (8) Alex France (139) Alexander13 (357) Alexandru Burciu (18) alfred westerveld (24) Amir (8) Amish Schulze (16) Andrew (28) Andrew Girdwood (33) Andrew Hughes (25) Andrew Schott (48) Andrew Terry (25) Andrew Walkingshaw (13) Andrey (4) andy bons (4) Angus (42) ani625 (67) Antoine (27) Antoine van Dinter (6) Anurag (3) Appu (17) Aren Grimshaw (2) atomantic (1) atul (71) azin (7) b (26) Babychen Mathew (264) Ben (4) Berker (6) bkim (2) Bob Hazlett (7) Bob Lee (15) bombox (6) Borchers (8) Brajeshwar (20) Brettsky (3) Brian (24) Brian (26) Brian Auer (29) Brian Daniel Eisenberg (7) Bryan (8) Bryan Hughes (4) C.K. - Chris said: So many questions! With its whizzy new V8 JS engine, will Google sites (Maps etc) begin to demand Google Chrome for 'premium' features? Will it support the huge library of Mozilla plugins? (No way I can switch camps without Rikaichan for Japanese translation). And can we trust Google not to mine our data to serve ads (well, more than they do already)? Either way, very interesting times ahead!

Great lion-faced robots — the Voltron script that has been passed around for years finally has a director attached to it. Latino Review discovered that director Max Makowski is now attached to the Voltron project. Which means two things: One, we're getting a director who could go a little crazy on Voltron, and two, we're one step closer to watching the Voltron-versus-Optimus-Prime smackdown of my dreams. Who is this Max Makowski? Latino Review claims he's ...Contribute comment -

Nintendo doesn't exactly advertise it, but the remotes for the Wii gaming console—including the balance board that comes with Wii Fit—have Bluetooth capabilities. That means you can connect your Wii peripherals to your computer to operate the media center hooked to your TV, play emulated games with a Nunchuk, Classic Controller, or even a Balance Board, and pretty much have them do anything you can do with a keyboard.
