Rumor: Apple and AT&T Developing iPhone Tethering Plan (69)

According to a pretty legitimate-looking email thread from one of our readers, Steve Jobs may have responded to complaints that, since the pulling of NetShare from the App Store, iPhone-to-laptop tethering is impossible without jailbreaking one's phone. From our reader to Steve: AT&T offers data plans for BlackBerry that include tethering for an additional $30 per month (a total of $60 per month for the BlackBerry+tethering plan). It seems ludicrous that the same thing is ...Shared by AaronTN (34) Adam Dempsey (13) Adam Maldonado (155) Aleksander (5) Alex (4) Andrew (33) Andrew Ruess (121) Bill Gardner (2) bmenoza (1) Cai Chen (995) Cameron Yeager (15) Chris Olson (1) Chris Shearer (5) Christopher (22) Christopher Elliott (7) damned viper (156) Dan (25) Darren Isbrecht (77) David (30) digits12 (716) Donald Jenkins (2) Doug Adams (118) Doug Smith (1) Dylan Thomas (48) Elmer Thomas (141) fijidaddy (12) Forex Trading (0) Gus Pinto (2) guy (624) Harrison (0) History of Blogging (189) Humberto Gonzalez (43) Inthenameofmine (406) Jason (1) Jay Liew (11) Jeff Lundberg (4) John Wesley (71) Jonathan (33) Justin (39) Kate (314) KenFan (20) Kevin Federline (235) Leena (1060) LUCCHINA (442) macshaggy (6) Mich D (169) Michael Jones (3) Mike (2) Mike Nayyar (178) Mr. BabyMan (349) Neil Koivu (17) Nikollas Ordway (67) Patrick (120) pericles (700) Philip Campbell (77) renganathan (58) Rey Ramos (8) Rob M (6) Sacha (20) sadiq kassamali (41) Samuel (52) Sarah Snoddon (103) Shawn Hill (58) Stephanie Hicks (129) Steve (9) Steve (9) Sun Tzu (313) Tyson Williams (58) Yu Awaji (2)- Sacha said: I hope it's true, but I doubt it...

New Geothermal Technology Could Tap 120,000MW of Energy (35)
permalinkOn August 22nd, Raser Technologies and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson broke ground on New Mexico’s first geothermal power plant. Situated at Lightning Dock near Animas, the new plant will incorporate an innovative binary liquid technology that allows it to make use of the site’s low levels of geothermal energy. If more of these modular plants are built then they could be mobilized to take advantage of over 120,000 MW of untapped low-temp geothermal energy ...Shared by Adi Gaskell (13) Cai Chen (995) Carlos Ayala (10) Chris Johnson (5) Dean Burge (12) Dean Clark (134) Dominic Foster (297) Eric Daams (292) Erwin Tang Yew Hon (42) G Code (12) George Brickner (54) Grant (20) ilias Charis (58) Inthenameofmine (406) joco (21) Jorge (26) Leena (1060) maxyRO (482) McBilly Wilford Sy (37) Michael (54) Mihalcea Razvan (292) Mike D (61) mokshjuneja (172) Nathaniel (12) neal (469) Patrick (120) ProfVegas (167) Rene Rattur (69) Rey Ramos (8) Stacy Jai (3) stas (0) Steven Van Tilburg (0) th13rteen (148) Trent Hunger (14) Zak M.
