Facebook game Scrabulous is no longer available to users in North America as the Hasbro case develops. Hasbro is claiming that Scabulous is a trademark and copyright infringement on Scrabble. The term sheet was signed and final negotiations were underway, but some due diligence cause Google to walk away from its deal to buy Digg, reports TechCrunch.
