Poking Holes In The Long Tail Theory (88)

Vitamin Features » Working with web developers in India: why, whom, and how (32)
on Vitamin Feed (35) permalinkIn the past decade or so, multi-national corporations have taken to diverting many of their customer service hotlines to Bangalore and other metropolitan centers in India, primarily as a ”cost-saving measure.“ Yet they’re perpetrating a greater injustice than simply annoying their customers to save a few cents.
