Need a file synchronization tool? Here's 30 to choose from. (5)
on jkOnTheRun (437) permalinkMashable offers up a solid list of over thirty different file sync services and tools if you're in the market for one. Or more than one, for that matter. We've covered some of the more familiar names here before: FolderShare, SyncToy, Dropbox, and SugarSync come to mind. But there are plenty of other options out there that I've never heard of, ranging from open source tools to other commercial software and services. Before you look ...Contribute comment

on oebfare: Latest Entries (19) permalinkThe newforms-admin branch has landed! It has been in development for quite some time and is now in trunk. I am extremely excited about it. However, I am a special case since I have been using the branch for quite some and even a committer on the branch. Migration for me has been easy, but I wanted to share that knowledge with everyone else. I have been seeing a lot of people getting stuck on ...Contribute comment

The iMacros extension is particularly well-suited to many kinds of web workers, and is working for Firefox 3. Over on the OStatic blog, we have produced a complete guided tour–consisting ...Shared by Christopher (116) geekblake (24) hurstel (7) Murvine (32) Paul (97) small (77) Sonny Cloward (30)

Identi.ca Implements Twitter API - ReadWriteWeb (59)
on ReadWriteWeb (15119) permalinkWhen we first reported about the new microblogging service Identi.ca earlier this month, it looked like an interesting experiment. Since then, its community has grown rapidly and today, it implemented an API that is compatible with the Twitter API. Thanks to this, any application that connects to Twitter can now also work with Identi.ca by simply pointing to identi.ca/api instead of twitter.com. Dave Winer tested the new API yesterday and reports that everything worked perfectly ...Shared by Aaron (24) Adriana (41) Adrien O'Leary (20) AJ (1003) andré.friedrichs (150) Andy C (56) BillDeys (79) Bob Goyetche (49) bounder (47) Brit (87) Bwana (287) Carlos (34) charris1980 (165) Chris Fizik (16) Chris Nixon (92) Corvida (356) cvander (49) dasmart (142) dd (56) Edo (122) ehu4ever (381) George (19) handir (38) hank (26) Henk-Jan van der Klis (71) hurstel (7) Jeffrey Blais (126) Joe Haynes (27) Josh (104) jschultz (44) KC (21) kenmat (38) Kenneth (14) LouCypher (214) louisgray (653) Mao Yu (35) marcell (167) Marin Purgar (90) martian (29) Mudiam (23) pF (44) Pittaya (14) Rex (608) Ricardo M. 15 Resources To Get You Started With jQuery From Scratch (48)
on NETTUTS (737) permalinkMaybe you’re a seasoned jQuery pro. Heck, maybe you’re John Resig. On the other hand, maybe you read words like “Prototype”, “jQuery”, and “Mootools” and think to yourself, “What the heck are these?” Now is the time to learn. In this industry - now more than ever - designers are becoming coders, and coders are becoming designers. The idea of a developer ONLY performing frontend or backend work is quickly becoming a dated concept. jQuery ...Shared by !&# (223) Adam (17) alexcamillo (56) andré.friedrichs (150) B.J.
