IT-eye - Why you should use html header tags for titles (1)
on IT-eye (2) permalinkHere’s a nice example of what happens when you style your text to look like titles, but forget to use the semantically correct html tags. The following press-release by sony looks alright, and it’s easy to see what the title of the press-release is. But techmeme seems to think that the article is called: “Resize text: A A A” as you can see in this screenshot: How did this happen? Well, visually it’s easy to ...Shared by Eddie Awad (28)Contribute comment

Turn OpenDNS into a Parental Filter [Kids] (50)

Make Meetings Suck Less [Meetings] (25)
on Lifehacker (36675) permalinkDysfunctional corporate behavior expert Steve Tobak runs down three simple things that can make meetings at work suck less. Spam Blogs Republish Your RSS Feeds? Use this to your Advantage (25)
on Digital Inspiration (1893) permalinkIt is not uncommon to find websites who republish RSS feeds of other blogs without permission. Why they do this is anyone’s guess but as a content owner, this is something to worry about especially when you publish full feeds.
