มีมิตรสหายท่านหนึ่งทักมาทาง IM ว่าพักนี้ผมเขียนเรื่องชนชั้นกลางเยอะมากผิดสังเกต เลยขออนุญาตตอบผ่านบล็อกว่า เข้าใจถูกต้องแล้วครับ (และน่าดีใจที่มีคนเห็น) ในสายตาของผมแล้ว นับวันต้นตอปัญหาของประเทศยิ่งเด่นชัด พันธมิตรเป็นแค่ยอดภูเขาน้ำแข็งที่ลอยพ้นน้ำ เป็นสัญลักษณ์ทาง visual ที่เคลื่อนไหวแสดงออกให้สังคมได้รับรู้อย่างชัดแจ้งเท่านั้น ส่วนมโหฬารที่ซ่อนอยู่ใต้น้ำ และเป็นปัญหาตัวจริงคือ วิธีการคิดของชนชั้นกลางไทย ต่างหาก ปี 2543 ชนชั้นกลางเลือกสมัครเป็นผู้ว่ากทม. ด้วยคะแนนเกินล้าน ครั้งเดียวในประวัติศาสตร์ แต่ปี 2550 ชนชั้นกลางกลุ่มเดียวกันนี้ ยี้สมัครด้วยเหตุผลเรื่องจมูก และคำพูดหยาบคาย ปี 2548 ชนชั้นกลางในกรุงเทพเลือกไทยรักไทยซะถล่มทลาย จนประชาธิปัตย์แทบจะสูญพันธุ์ แต่ปี 2550 ชนชั้นกลางกลุ่มเดียวกันนี้ เลือกประชาธิปัตย์ถล่มทลาย พลังประชาชนได้ที่นั่งมาเล็กน้อย ปี 2549 ชนชั้นกลางด่าชาวบ้านว่าโง่ บ้าประชานิยม โดนทักษิณหลอก แต่ปี 2551 ชนชั้นกลางกลุ่มเดียวกันนี้ สรรเสริญ Bangkok Green Wi-Fi ของอภิรักษ์ และต้องไม่ลืมว่า ชนชั้นกลางกลุ่มนี้แหละ ที่โหยหารถไฟฟ้ามากกว่าใคร ปี 2544 ชนชั้นกลางกดดันศาลว่า ตัดสินคดีซุกหุ้นของทักษิณ ต้องใช้ทั้งนิติศาสตร์และรัฐศาสตร์ควบคู่กันไป แต่ปี 2549 ชนชั้นกลางกลุ่มเดียวกันนี้ บอกว่ารัฐศาสตร์ไม่ได้ผล ต้องใช้ศีลธรรมและจริยธรรมต่างหาก ปี 2549 ชนชั้นกลางบอกว่าไทยรักไทยเล่นไม่ซื่อคดี CTX แต่ปี 2550 ผ่านมาไม่ถึงปี ชนชั้นกลางกลุ่มเดียวกันนี้ ไม่มีปัญหากับสพรั่งนั่งบอร์ดการท่าอากาศยานไทย (หรือมีปัญหาแต่กลัวปืนก็ไม่ทราบได้) ปี 2549 ชนชั้นกลางบอกว่าทักษิณนั่งในอุโบสถวัดพระแก้ว เป็นเรื่องหมิ่นพระบรมเดชานุภาพ ...Shared by Pittaya (1)Contribute comment -

โปรแกรมเมอร์กะหลั่วๆ เงินเดือน เดือนละ 10,000 บาท โปรแกรมเมอร์เก่งๆ เงินเดือน เดือนละ 30,000 บาท แทนที่จะจ้างคนเก่งๆคนนึง เอาเงินนั้นไปจ้างคนกะหลั่วๆได้ตั้ง 3 คน … คุ้มเห็นๆใช่ไหม? … ไม่เสมอไป ต้องเสียเวลาฝึกงานสอนงานไหม? ต้องเสียเวลามานั่งตอบคำถามโง่ๆไหม? ต้องเสียเวลามาอธิบายซ้ำอีกรอบไหม? ต้องเสียเวลามานั่งตรวจงานอย่างละเอียดไหม? ต้องเสียเวลามาแก้งานไหม? ต้องเสียเวลาหงุดหงิดและปวดหัวไหม? รายการข้างบนนี่มักจะไปตกอยู่ที่ senior programmer, designer หรือ architect เป็นต้น เวลาที่เสียไปของคนเหล่านี้ในการทำหน้าที่อย่างข้างบนต้องถือเป็นต้นทุนด้วยเช่นกัน แล้วคนเหล่านี้ก็เงินเดือนไม่ใช่น้อยๆ เป็นต้นทุนที่หลายคนจะมองไม่ค่อยเห็น แต่แพงทีเดียว ไปจ้างคนกะหลั่วๆ ให้มารบกวนเวลาทำงานของคนเก่งๆ ส่วนต่างเงินเดือนแค่นั้นอาจไม่คุ้มเลยสักนิดเดียวShared by Mook® (3) Pittaya (1)- Mook® said: จริง จริง

onมิตรรักแฟนบล็อกทุกท่านคงทราบดีว่าผมไม่เห็นด้วยกับเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาตลอด ดังนั้นคงไม่ต้องออธิบายอะไรกันยาว เริ่มเลย ฟ้าเดียวกันสัมภาษณ์ Andrew Walker จาก Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies, Australia National University ซึ่งลงไปทำวิจัยเรื่องเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในหมู่บ้านแห่งหนึ่งของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ บทสัมภาษณ์ลงตีพิมพ์ใน ประชาไท นอกจากเรื่องเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแล้วยังมีเรื่อง รัฐธรรมนูญหมู่บ้าน (rural constitution) ที่น่าสนใจ ผมไม่เห็นด้วยกับแนวคิดที่ว่าเกษตรกรรมมีศักยภาพที่จะเป็นฐานรองรับความพอ เพียงของท้องถิ่นได้ พูดง่ายๆ คือว่าทรัพยากรทางการเกษตรมีไม่เพียงพอสำหรับรองรับวิถีชีวิตที่คนในชนบท ต้องการ อาจจะมีเพียงพอสำหรับการดำรงชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานแบบพอยังชีพเท่านั้น แต่นั่นไม่ใช่วิถีชีวิตที่คนชนบทสนใจ พวกเขาต้องการให้ลูกได้รับการศึกษา ต้องการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัย อยากดูโทรทัศน์ อยากมีอินเทอร์เน็ตที่บ้าน ฯลฯ … ผมคิดว่าชนชั้นกลางในกรุงเทพฯ จำเป็นที่จะต้องมีสำนึกประเภทที่ว่าเรามีวัฒนธรรมไทยที่มีศีลธรรมชนิดที่ เป็นของแท้ดั้งเดิมอยู่จริงๆ พวกเขาต้องการไปห้างสรรพสินค้า สยามพารากอน นั่งรถไฟฟ้าขณะเดียวกันพวกเขาก็ต้องการปลอบใจตัวเองว่าวัฒนธรรมไทยที่มีศีล ธรรมขนานแท้นั้นมีอยู่ที่ไหนสักแห่ง พวกเขาจึงโยนไปที่ชนบท ในแง่หนึ่งพวกเขาต้องการโยนภาระทางศีลธรรมไปไว้กับชนบทไทย เพื่อพวกเขาจะดำเนินชีวิตบริโภคนิยมต่อไปได้ มีการวิจารณ์มากมายเกี่ยวกับกองทุนหมู่บ้านของรัฐบาลทักษิณว่าสนับสนุนให้ ชาวบ้านเป็นหนี้ แต่แทบไม่มีการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์หนี้บัตรเครดิตในกรุงเทพฯ เลยคนกรุงเทพฯ จับจ่ายใช้สอยจนเต็มวงเงินบัตรเครดิต แต่กลับพูดกันแต่เรื่องชาวนาซื้อโทรศัพท์มือถือ พวกเขาโยนแรงกดดันด้านศีลธรรมนี้ไปให้ชาวบ้าน … เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นสินค้าสำหรับชนชั้นกลางเพื่อให้รู้สึกอุ่นใจว่าน่าจะยังมีวัฒนธรรมไทยที่มีศีลธรรมของแท้อยู่ที่ไหนสักแห่ง … ยกตัวอย่าง อันแรกซึ่งเป็นเรื่องขำขัน ผมกำลังทานมื้อค่ำกับชาวนาคนหนึ่งโดยดูโทรทัศน์ไปด้วย สัญญาณภาพแย่มากเพราะอยู่บนภูเขา เขาบอกว่า ขอโทษด้วยอาจารย์ นี่เป็นโทรทัศน์ของในหลวง ผมถามว่าหมายความว่ายังไง เขาบอก “ทีวีพอเพียง” แนะนำให้อ่านความเห็นในประชาไทประกอบ ก็จะเห็นวาทกรรมผลิตซ้ำแบบเดิมๆ ที่เห็นจนชินตา (แต่ก็ยังเห็นอยู่) เช่น เราเป็นคนไทย อยู่เมืองไทย ...Shared by Pittaya (1)Contribute comment
