50 Beautiful Movie Posters (81)

Smashing Magazine (1720) permalink
By Alessandro Cattaneo and Smashing Editorial Team Movie posters are art and, unfortunately, the forgotten one. In the early years of cinema history, they were used just like advertising material. Displayed in theatres only, movie posters had the same function as a menu in a restaurant: what feast can I enjoy this evening? Nowadays, movie posters play a big role in cinema memorabilia collection. They have lost the “informative” tone to wear a more artistic ...Shared by Abdulla Faraz (3) Adrian (19) ahmet (3) AJ (299) AkiraMedia (45) Alain Edouard (144) Alex (111) anjelina robinson (201) Ankur P (13) asimag (1) Austin Alvarado (22) Beholder (9) Bruce (44) cainanunes (43) Clickfire (96) Coolbox (41) dani (28) Derek Edmond (85) DiMar (23) Divino (20) dobata (342) Dobi (26) Don Hazelwood (27) Doug Stewart (89) dracula_x (24) Edward Platero (5) erdal (55) Fred (18) Hector Jarquin (104) hector juarez (15) iAdramelk (25) insk (5) Jackyshadow (22) Jason Cartwright (19) jason o (508) JJ.Ying (3) John Boitnott (153) John Kochmanski (16) Julianne (1) Kate (315) Konrad.H (3) Kris Jaime (15) Lilian (214) Loren (50) Lucian Teo (3) Marcel (20) miasarmento (126) Mich (96) Michael Carvin (21) mk (24) mokshjuneja (119) Muhammad Saleem (292) Nadine (5) Nicholas Barone (23) Nick (9) odeb (61) ojas (67) Peety (72) Pete Barry (26) Raanan Avidor (39) rayms (27) Régis Kuckaertz (41) Retta (23) Rohit Nair (1) Savvas (6) Scott Bradley (30) seektan (8) Shaun (22) Stéfano (54) Stijn Van Minnebruggen (2) Sun Tzu (883) Tekla (7) the girl (1) Thiago Bomfim (30) Tom White (6) Toni (34) Wayne (79) Wilfried Ottens (73) Wojtek (15) Ziv Meltzer (12) zoz (49)Contribute comment -

Photo sharing site Flickr just activated an iPhone-scaled version of the site for anyone visiting the site with a mobile Safari browser. The menus are optimized to put the most-accessed activities—photo stream browsing, "Explore" mode, and recent comment activity—right up front, and your upload-by-email address is placed in the "More" section. Best of all, Flickr's site pre-loads many of the iPhone-scaled thumbnails you're checking out, so flipping between pictures often doesn't require any kind of ...Shared by Adam Selwood (21) AdamB (22) Alex (136) amy (36) Andy C (13) beanj007 (20) Bill (39) bkim (39) cesaracardoso (82) Chad (136) charlie anzman (150) Ching (56) Chris (20) Chris Nixon (44) Dan Russell (55) Daniel Light (20) Daryl (19) Drew Olanoff (156) Ed Dale (21) Eric Mortensen (26) estragon (18) fatihturan (112) Håkan (52) Hasan (21) heidigoseek (16) Hisham (55) IanMcKenzie (8) James F (36) Jason (42) jasontromm (41) Johan (8) John W (25) Josue Sanchez (16) JustonWestern (18) Karie (25) Keef (39) Kelicia (1) mdc (20) mediter (58) Mikey (75) Ozgur Alaz, Marketallica (54) Peter (22) Program Witch (29) Retta (23) Rich (13) Robert Cortez (21) rorowe (28) Ryan (29) Sam Sethi (23) Sarah (18) Sean (43) Simon (50) Stephanie (21) Stephen (15) ThomasHan (30) Tj Nelson (11) Todd (42) Trey (23) utility73 (26) Waldemar (22) Waqas (21) zemlanin (65)Explore read seven notes- heidigoseek said: Exposure is a nice app for viewing Flickr photos on the iPhone.
