Not content to lease data from others who have satellites, Google today launched its own satellite into space. Via BeetTv, thanks Andy. Talk about web meets world....this is yet another indicator of the integration of virtual and physical. And it brings Google one step closer to what I think could be the company's Waterloo - a viral meme that Google is sensing too much, knows too much, and is too powerful. It may not be ...

You can invite a user into a document you currently have open, and you both can edit the file at the same time. It's not a feature you're going to need all the time, but when you're on a deadline and need to get sign-off from one or more other person ...

Since then, we've added support for Safari 3 and Firefox 3 and improved performance in other browsers. some companies don't have this privilege to talk to microsoft and ask them to fix IE6 with a critical update to their buggy javascript implementation. guess only developers that can use microsoft product in a way that they work are other huge corporations, like google for example.

NetSuite said Friday that it will offer native support for Google’s Chrome browser, which is in beta and may not be enterprise strength yet. In a statement, NetSuite said its CRM, e-commerce, accounting and OpenAir unit will support Chrome in phases with support being complete in mid-October. The enterprise implications of Chrome are a bit unclear [...]

I'd love to hear feedback and thoughts you have about building business focused applications with Silverlight. What is motivating you to consider Silverlight? if you have already started to evaluating, what is easy or hard about it? Related, Blaine recently posted a survey on his blog about much the same thing focused on gathering data for Prism 2.0 Please take the survey! Thanks!

So far we're pretty smitten with Google's Chrome. It's certainly not without its faults, but for version 1.0 of a browser it's pretty sharp. We've compiled a list of 10 things we'd really like to see added or tweaked. Some come from other browsers, and some are just improvements on some of the existing features. Google, we hope you're listening. 1. Profile roaming between multiple browsers. This may be a pipe dream, but if Foxmarks ...
