El jueves pasado, el presidente Felipe Calderón presentó ante el Congreso una propuesta para despenalizar la posesión de algunas drogas en pequeñas cantidades para así coadyuvar al combate al narcotráfico en el país que, en lo que va del año ha dejado 3000 muertos..
