Those Jerry Seinfeld Microsoft advertisements started today. CrunchGear’s Doug Aamoth recorded the first ad during the Giants/Redskins game and put it up on the site. This is reportedly a $300 million ad spend. Seinfeld gets $10 million. It’s a cute and cuddly situation comedy about shoes. Has a couple of moments. While the early release of the Chrome comic might have changed the way Google went about launching its new browser, it definitely did not hurt Chrome's early success. According to data from Net Applications, Chrome captured more than 1% of the browser market within its first day of release. Google’s new browser Chrome is amazing. How amazing? So much so that I’ve booted Microsoft Windows on my iMac two days in a row now after not using it for months. Sure, but in terms of everyday experience I feel like I can safely say it’s the best browsing experience I’ve had on Windows since the ...Contribute comment - Is It So Bad That Bono Does Good? (5)

Google's finally gone and done it - they've built and released a browser, the most fundamental window to the computing experience of a new era.
