Viddler has launched 15s, a site that lets you create short webcam videos and post them to Twitter. In other words, it’s a 12seconds-killer, with 25% more video hosting power. We can see where this is heading - a short video arms race….. Here’s an example, via a naked Gary Vaynerchuck:

It took four years and thousands of miles, but Eric Tabuchi was able to capture the entire alphabet on the back of trucks driving down the highway. His Alphabet Truck photographs are published in a book consisting of 26 loose plates in an edition of 500. Via Martin Klasch.

Once you sign up, you pick a song from a variety of genres (although right now there are only songs in rock, alternative, and acoustic) and a difficulty level. Once the song starts playing, notes come down as dots on a guitar fret, and you have to press the right buttons on your keyboard and “enter” as they pass by. Apple is at it again. According to reports, the company has pulled a free Tetris app from its App Store, called Tris after Apple contacted the developer, Noah Witherspoon, on behalf of The Tetris Company.
