Hidden Price Increases at the Grocery Store (13)
on Get Rich Slowly (88) permalink“Look at this,” Kris said yesterday when she returned from grocery shopping. She held up two yogurt containers for me to see. “So what?” I said. “Black cherry yogurt.” “Look closer,” she said. “That one’s smaller,” I said. “Did they change the container size?” “Yes,” she said. “But they didn’t change the price.” The incredible shrinking yogurt I’ve received several e-mails lately from readers noting the same thing. They go to buy a product they’ve ...Shared by Dave (55) David G Mihalcik (31) Denise (21) Jayce^ (33) Jeff (2) Jonathan (6) Ken the CityMouse (23) Kris (5) mathowie (16) Panzer (7) Razvan (0) Robert (5) ryan (4)Contribute comment

'Lost' Comic-Con Panel and Marvin Candle Video Now Online (1)
permalinkAttending the Lost Comic-Con panel today was truly a crazy experience. I had to wait in line for hours to get into the massive auditorium, partially because the cast of Heroes was appearing beforehand. After that little adventure, Damon, Carlton and surprise guest Matthew Fox took the stage for an extended Q&A session. While the Q&A wasn't filled with anything too revealing, there was a new video at the end of the panel starring your ...Shared by Jeff (2)

The most common iPhone crash is one where the application you are working in suddenly ceases operation, the screen momentarily turns black, then the iPhone home screen appears. In a slightly more serious manifestation, the crash will result in a complete freeze where the iPhone is unresponsive. Sometimes, when an application crashes, it will refuse to properly launch thenceforth, crashing immediately ...

Fast iPhone 3G makes the “App Store sing” (2)
on Apple Hot News (9) permalink“I would have posted this sooner, but I just can’t put down the new iPhone 3G,” relates Eric Benderoff (chicagotribuine.com). “Blame the 3G speed. The faster network connection is such an improvement over the first iPhone that you’ll be hard-pressed to stop using the new iPhone because it truly has become a mini Mac in the palm of your hand.”Shared by Chris Clark (2) Jeff (2)Contribute comment
