Fifty percent of best-in-class companies (the top 20% of aggregate performance scorers) have resources dedicated to social media, according to recently released research report from the Aberdeen Group, which was co-sponsored by WOMMA member Visible Technologies. The study also found that 45% of best-in-class companies have a process for enhancing social media capabilities and 42% use social media monitoring tools.
